Euromeeting 2024

Dear fellow tablers across Europe,

In 1961, the first Euromeeting of RT15 took place in Couvin, Belgium.

We are honored to announce that Euromeeting 2024 will be held in Tallinn, Estonia.

In today’s world, international understanding and connectivity are more crucial than ever. Attending the Euromeeting isn’t just about the event itself; it’s an investment in strengthening the bonds of friendship, fostering mutual understanding, and rekindling the very values that the Round Table movement stands for.

What's the program?

DAY 1

Friday, 24th of May 2024

Travelling advice

We expect, most participants arrive at least by the noon on Friday. However, if there are no good flights on Friday morning, please consider arriving on Thursday.

Tallinn Old Town guided tour

Let’s discover the unique history of the Tallinn Old Town, in the capital city of Estonia. We’ll be guided through the historical streets and city walls.

Ülemiste campus guided tour

Many have been to Ülemiste City and some people still remember the highly secretive Dvigateli factory that was located there during the Soviet era. This time we will take a tour of the former factory based on the memories of it’s former employees. Using unique original material, we will shine light on the more curious aspects of life in the factory and the attitudes that prevailed amongst the workers. We will find out what was made and where. The hike is a real treat for all industrial history enthusiasts!

Ending the first day, we’ll land at a local bar where we’ll be served handmade burgers and beverages.

Naissaare island adventure!

Estonia is maritime country with hundreds of islands. Naissaar is Estonia’s fifth largest island with an area of 18,9 km2 where you’ll be taken by a private vessel. There we’ll be navigating our way through the nature roads and places of interest to find our final destination for 15’s meeting.

Get the 15's Euromeeting 2024 Pass

We have created 4 different ticket options for this event: tabler pass with home accommodation, tabler pass with shared accommodation, tabler pass with private accommodation and companion pass. All the options are described below:

Tabler pass with home accommodation.

NB: You will be accommodated to a local Tablers home.

Tabler pass with shared accommodation.

NB 1: If you come with a companion then you’ll be sharing the same hotel room.

NB 2: If you come without a companion, you’ll be sharing a hotel room with another tabler.

Tabler pass with private accommodation.

NB: You will be having your own private hotel room.

Companion pass with accommodation.

NB: Your companion will be sharing a hotel room with you.

 

How to get the tickets

You can get tickets just for yourself or you can make an bulk order for your fellow tablers as well. To complete the registration, please follow the steps below: 

Step 1

1) To start, click the “Get Tickets” button below and select your desired pass;
2) Fill in “Tabler information” with the ticket owners Name and Club;
3) Add the pass to the cart by clicking “Add to cart” button;
4) (optional) Scroll down to add another tickets to your registration;
5) Proceed to “cart” to review your registration.

Step 2

1) Proceed to Checkout by clicking the corresponding button in the Cart page or from top navigation “Cart” button;
2) Fill in your contact and billing information;
3) Place your order by clicking the “Place Order” button at the bottom of the page.

Step 3

After this you’ll be navigated to the confirmation page where you’ll find the payment information. You will also get an email containing the related information about your order.
